Connie and John Bearden Medical and Bill help
Donation protected
It is with great sympathy that we, the family of Connie Louise Bearden, reach out to you in our time of need.
On January 24th 2021 our loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and friend Connie Bearden grew her angel wings and was called home.
As some of you may know, in September of 2020 Connie was diagnosed with Glioblastoma cancer in the right frontal lobe of her brain. A plan was made and Connie began treatment. She was a warrior and was fighting this terminal illness with everything she had. She was getting close to the end of this first treatment. Where she was to be evaluated and continue her fight with the next step. Then tragically in the early hours of January 24th 2021 she had a sudden, life ending aneurysm. To say we were shocked and devastated would be an understatement. This was not supposed to be. And we lost one of the most important woman in our lives.
This has been extremely difficult for our family. Both emotionally and financially. While we knew her illness was terminal, none of us were prepared to have to let her go so soon. With successful treatment Connie would have had several years to share with us.
Her sudden passing has left us, not only with her loss, but a financial burden we are struggling to meet. Besides the medical debt her husband of almost 45 years, John Bearden, has had to adjust to not only the loss of his partner and best friend but also the struggle of trying to figure out how to handle the financial obligations they had on his own. While John would never ask anyone for a single thing, we are asking for help to relieve a little bit if the struggle so he may have time to grieve without worrying about everything else that comes along with such a difficult loss.
We do know that the past year has been so difficult for so many. Any support you may be able to provide is so greatly appreciated. Be it financial, kind words or simply sharing this fundraiser. We can not thank you enough.
We ask that if you are able to contribute that you do so through this fundraiser. There is also a PayPal account. You can get that information through Connie's daughter Salena Bearden. You may contact her through Facebook. As well as John Bearden, who may also be contacted through Facebook. We do ask that contact with John be kept to a minimum as he is still processing all of this. So please be patient as his response time may not be immediate.
Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your support, your prayers and kind words. We are wishing every one of you a happy and healthy 2021.
In memory of Connie please hug a loved one! Make that call you have been putting off! You never know when you or someone you love may be called home. Please don't wait
