Connie D Needs Our Help

Hello. This is Erica. Connie's little sister. I want to let everyone know what's going on.

History:

Last year in October, Connie had a series of small strokes and a heart attack that resulted in many problematic health conditions. After months of testing, she has been diagnosed with Sarcoidosis (Link to more info), Congestive Heart Failure (Link to more info).

What we know now:

The outlook is good but not great. This is not reversible or curable. She has a pace maker to help her heart, she sleeps with a CPAP machine. Connie also has to eat low sodium foods and ZERO fast food or restaurant foods. This will be difficult for her family. She loves her Mexican food.

What we are asking:

Mom and I have been buying groceries, so that Connie has access to the foods she needs. The boys are also in need of easy meals to make to help support their mother. We have been asked by several of you as to how you can help, and so we thought a GoFundMe might be the easiest way to support her family as she goes through this. Any money that we do not use for food and supplies for Connie and the kids, we will donate towards her medical bills, medicines, etc.
