Hi, my name is Yvette and I’m starting this GoFundMe account for Connie Deiter Bassett.

Last Sunday April 3rd, Connie was getting ready for work but had bad leg cramps and a migraine. The dr determined her white blood cells were way high so they sent her to St Mary’s hospital in Green Bay Wi.

She was diagnosed with leukemia and transferred to St Vincent hospital, where they did a bone marrow biopsy and typed it as AML- acute myeloid leukemia.

Connie was started with chemo pills for a few days and yesterday started chemotherapy which will continue for the next 4 weeks!

Pete and the kids got to visit her Friday-Saturday before going back home.

This fund will help them with medical bills, loss of income, gas money to and from the hospital (2 hour trip each way!) and any other things that will come up along this journey.
