Message from Connor regarding his accident at Redcar on Wednesday 27th September.

"My main bike was destroyed in my first ride of the night as I got caught up in an unavoidable crash, we managed to swap the engine between heats, to my spare bike as I felt it would perform better, credit to Matt and all the other mechanics in the pits for getting that done in time for the re run! A small mistake led me to having another off, which bent my 2nd bike rendering it almost unrideable. We battled on but the bike did not play ball, and I came down again.

Battered and bruised, and 2 bikes to rebuild before we go again at Scunny tomorrow (Friday 29th September KO cup). I also still have meetings with Workington to complete as well as the NDLRC.

It’s going to be a costly procedure, which at the end of the season is not ideal. If anyone would like to help out, financially, to help me get my bikes sorted, please contact me. Any amount big or small will be much appreciated and put towards repairs!"

Connor has been improving all year, culminating in a very busy end season period. For this to happen at this point in the season is devastating. Any help would be greatly appreciated
