Connor Hollomons Emergency Neurosurgery Bills

Connor Hollomon; some of you know him by Buzzsaw Samuels, experienced a grand mal seizure in April of this year that led to a hospital stay that lasted over a week as they prepared him for neurosurgery. After being rushed to the emergency room, and the doctors running tests all night, they found a peach-sized tumor inside his skull pushing into his brain.

The doctors decided it was too dangerous to not remove the tumor and that danger far outweighed the risks that come with surgery. After 6 hours of surgery, the tumor was fully removed and there was no lasting damage to the brain. Luckily the doctors found that the tumor was noncancerous after a post-surgery biopsy. A few more days in the ICU unit later he headed home and the road to recovery began.

He has a long way to go before he is fully healthy again but his surgeons were amazing and things look bright.

The major dark spot is the costs that come along with ambulance rides, tests to find the tumor, pre-surgery tests, hospital room stays, neurosurgery, surgeon fees, ICU unit rooms, post-surgery scans, post-surgery clinic visits, anti-seizure medications and more as that list continues to grow. As of now, Connor is still unable to work in wrestling or elsewhere while he is experiencing the side effects of surgery, which makes the task of getting these bills under control that much harder.

We know he has an amazing support system and every kind word, thought or prayer during this time has not been lost on us.
