As most of you are now aware, Connor has sadly passed away. After battling with Crohn's for 18 years and having most of his life ruined by this disease missing out on a proper childhood and having very little chance to experience life the way he deserved to.

Over the past few days I (His brother) have been trying to get hold of his friends and people he was close to and have had some amazing conversations with people that absaloutly loved and cared about him.

I'm setting this campaign up as many have been asking for a way to contribute and help out in some way, any way, and it's become apparent that there are so many of you from all over the country.

There will be a chairty set up over the coming months in order to raise money for Crohns and any extra money from this will be sent to the chairty too!

He was a Son, a Brother, an Uncle & a friend to many and will never be forgotten.
