Connor Joseph Lafferty

Hi my name is Michelle and I'm Connor's aunt. Connor means the world to my family, he's the first born grand child and only child to my sister Christy. He is her world and the sweetest boy. He is currently on hospice and unfortunately we are preparing ourselves for the worst. Any money raised will go directly towards giving Connor a proper and beautiful send off as he deserves.
