Conor & Casandra have lost everything. Help them recover.

Connor and Casandra moved to Altadena in 2021 to build a beautiful little life in the hills. Like countless others, on January 7th all of that was torn away when the couple's home was levelled by the Eaton fire. Their home, memories, belongings, and sentimental items they’ve collected in their 15yr journey together, were all lost, along with their home offices and equipment for their respective businesses.

Casandra is an interior designer who’s work has helped shape the landscape of Los Angeles through brilliantly designed bars, restaurants, and homes. The very places that give us room to gather with the ones we love, laugh, grow, and come together as the beautiful community LA is.

Connor spent his career as a DOP in Los Angeles the past 10 years, capturing the beauty in humanity and telling the stories of LA's local creatives.

Now its our turn to return our kindness and care in their time of need. This is what the LA community is good at, please give whatever you can.

"We love Altadena, the people and the community so much. It had grown into a HOME for us, a place of peace and refuge that we always looked forward to returning to at the end of the day. We are hard pressed to imagine anywhere ever feeling that much like Home again.

The flocks of wild parrots brought us smiles in the morning and the mountains became our home. The peace and solace we found there, among the trees and the trails was unparalleled, and the community welcomed us with open arms. As much as we are struggling to comprehend our own loss at the moment, we are so heartbroken for all the others around us and the loss of such a beautiful town.”
