Since a child I've been deeply involved in sports, giving any sport a go until that first P.E lesson in Year 9 where I found basketball. Then a dream started, wanting to be a professional athlete. Every boys dream but I was willing to make it a reality.
Taking my mums advice of further education to "have something to fall back on", I became team captain at Brockenhurst College then Captain of Winchester University Basketball Team.
But all I can vision is that dream that lit up my 12 year old self.
A dream that I'm still chasing.
In August 2020 I attended Europe Basketball Academy (Spain) with help from my parents but due to the current pandemic, leagues had to be abandoned.
I'm now back home, working towards that dream, earning and saving money from shifts at my local hospital. Waiting for the time I have enough money to go back to Spain to chase my dream of becoming a professional basketball player.
2 Month Period at Europe Basketball Academy costs £€3500, so this is what the donations will go towards. Helping pay for flights & the Academy.
Any donation little or big are deeply appreciated, and if you can share to as many people as possible then that is great!!
