Conrad 'Tank' Moore accident fund

Conrad 'Tank' Moore was nearly killed in a motorcycle accident June 15. He's in critical condition and his family needs financial help till he recovers. He is a decorated combat veteran who has given much to his country, and now we -- his CVMA family -- are raising money to help him and his family through this difficult time.

Monies raised will help them:

+Relocate to a wheelchair-accessible home near the kids' school
+Supplement income lost from time off work 
+Restock pantry and other staples from scratch
+Keep up with general repairs including vehicle maintenance
+Travel  to/from out of state to get the kids ready for school
+Purchase uniforms for kids
+Travel to/from multiple therapies
+Practical, unforeseen needs
