Conservation Research Expedition to Honduras 2022

My name is Fraser, I am a 17 year old A Level student and I am joining an expedition to Honduras in the summer of 2022 to act as a volunteer research assistant with Operation Wallacea.

 

Operation Wallacea is a biodiversity and conservation research organisation which runs projects in several countries alongside leading universities - full details can be found on their website www.opwall.com. This is a field I am interested in and I plan to study biological sciences at University next year.

 

All volunteers are encouraged to fundraise to cover the costs of their place on the expedition, which includes local accommodation, food, transport, field equipment and flights so I have set up this account for any sponsorship and proceeds of my fundraising activities - any support will go a long way towards helping me achieve my target and so help The Wallacea Trust continue their conservation work.
