Construction of Deb's new home

We are Deb's kids; Kris (and Jes) Albrecht, Jeromy (and Tosh) Albrecht, and Mish (and Zadok) Low. As you know, our mother is one of the world's most giving and caring people. She has always been a caretaker; now it's time for us to step up and care for her. Because of some life changes, it's become apparent that it is time for her to be closer to family permanently. We plan to construct a mother-in-law studio on Kris' property, using the shop currently there as the structure. Here's where you come in! As you can imagine, this construction is pricey. We've looked at many different financing options, but it doesn't look like we can get a loan for the full amount of the build. We thought we'd put it out there to those of you who have been touched by mom throughout the decades and pray that some of you can help.
