Note: My YouTube channel is registered with the Los Angeles Office of Finance.
I renew my YouTube business permit every year. And yes, I pay federal, state and city taxes.
Facebook page:
Note: You will see more photographs of the families we have reached and helped on our Facebook group page.
Important note: This campaign started on September 27, 2018, in Los Angeles, California, USA.
This campaign is under the jurisdiction of the federal government of the United States of America and the state of California. No, not under the jurisdiction of the Philippine government.
I was in Los Angeles, California, USA, when I created this account. Yes, I am an American citizen.
I'm glad we already have a fund for the next family to reach out & help. Of course, thanks to all the contributors w/ golden hearts.
I never thought there were still people in this crooked world willing to share what they had with their fellow brothers.
Cheers, my friends; another family will be pleased because of your generosity.
But I will be honest with you guys; we need your continued support.
We need your continued support to continue this humble program of ours.
We need people like you to reach economically poor Filipino families one at a time.
I've been helping and reaching my fellow Filipinos for more than a decade, since 2006, but without recording it on film.
I just decided to film the activities we did/do in 2015 to spread social awareness.
This time, guys, I need your help. I need your helping hands to give joy to Filipino families, one at a time.
How it works:
Your contribution goes straight to the individual/family we reach and help.
After we reach and help an individual/family, we move on to help another.
Our objective is to reach one economically poor individual/family, one at a time.
I send funds to Cesar through money remittance from the USA.
We keep all the receipts, release agreements and other documents.
We organize all the receipts and documents weekly, monthly and yearly.
Everything is transparent; we have nothing to hide.
Note: I uploaded some videos on my youtube channel about how we organize all the expense receipts, documents and other papers works.
Important notes:
1. I don't receive/get/take/pocket any financial contributions from you guys.
Your contributions go straight to the families we reach and to other expenses.
2. I do not publish on youtube the stories of the families we reach w/o a signed release agreement and parental/guardian consent.
The release agreement permits me to publish their stories on youtube.
3. Business, personal and GoFundMe fundraiser accounts: All the funds, contributions, sources of income, and other monetary sources that go into my accounts/statements are being reported to the taxman. My bank also reports to the taxman annually by the end of the year, FYI.
There's a Certified Public Accountant who does the accounting and auditing of my accounts.
The Certified Public Accountant reports to the taxman.
4. You don't need to open and register a charitable organization/foundation/institution to give help to people in the Philippines.
Reaching and giving help to people in the Philippines is not illegal.
No law states that you need to open and register a charitable organization/foundation/institution before you can legally help people.
5. GoFundMe checks this fundraiser account from time to time.
They sometimes ask for verification and validation.
Again, thank you very much...
Sincerely Yours,
Mark - YouTube.com/rheamdc21
