Help Support a More Stable Future for Jeff Cameron's Family

On September 25, 2024, Jeff Cameron passed away suddenly and far too soon. He leaves behind four young children (Noelle, Jasper, and twins Margot and Evette), his wife Jenn, and parents Sally and Doug. He will be remembered for his big heart, enthusiasm and for jumping into cooking large dinners for extended family and friends - and cleaning up afterwards.

Jeff was the sole breadwinner for his family, and his wife is undergoing medical treatments that require significant resources. Please consider donating to help support Jeff's family at this very hard junction. Together we met the first fundraising goal for immediate relief for this family. As a scientist and professor at the University of Colorado, Jeff inspired students and colleagues with his curiosity and innovative spirit. He was a leader in the fields of synthetic biology and bacterial metabolism, contributing to clean technologies that help our world achieve a more sustainable future.
