A Farewell for Beloved Grandma Suu
Donation protected
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our dear grandmother, Suu Thi Ngo. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of so many with her kindness, love, and wisdom. She peacefully passed away in her sleep on January 10, 2025.
You may have known her as Grandma Suu/Mama through the SF Chronicle post on Facebook back in 2016 or seen cleaning and street sweeping on Irving and 19th Avenue.

In the months leading up to her passing, she faced the challenges of recovering from a stroke with incredible courage. Despite her strength and determination, her health declined, and we are now left not only grieving her loss but also navigating the unexpected expenses that come with saying goodbye to someone so dear.
Any contribution, no matter the size, would mean the world to our family and will help ensure we can lay her to rest with the love and respect she always gave us. We are deeply grateful for your support during this emotional time.
Our grandmother's funeral will be held privately at a funeral home, allowing our family a quiet space to honor her life and say our goodbyes. We appreciate your understanding as we gather together in this intimate setting to celebrate her legacy.
Thank you for keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers.
