Hello everyone, my name is Salwa. I am a 21-year-old girl from Gaza, studying business administration at the Islamic University ,with a deep love for Art . I once lived a peaceful and joyful life surrounded by my family and friends, but after October 7, 2023, everything changed dramatically.

On the third day of the Israeli aggression, my family and I were forcibly displaced from our home when white phosphorus, a substance banned internationally, was dropped on our roof. As unarmed civilians, we fled, and our home was destroyed by naval shells shortly after.

We have been displaced ten times, each move taking us to places unfit for living, devoid of even the most basic necessities. This has occurred amidst a surge of diseases like hepatitis and polio, with no access to essential medications or preventive supplies.

The occupation has not only devastated my home and caused the tragic loss of my aunt and her daughter, but it also claimed my grandfather's life due to the unavailability of necessary medical treatment amid closed borders and overcrowded hospitals. They have obliterated my university, my future, and my dreams, and even assassinated several of my classmates and teachers.

Even my beloved pet was not spared from the atrocities; my cat passed away due to a lack of food, supplies, and vaccinations that are no longer available in the markets.

This is just a glimpse of my suffering. I earnestly seek assistance and our home was destroyed by naval shells shortly after. reclaiming even a fragment of my former life and continuing my studies to fulfill my dreams before it's too late.
