My name is Janelle.

Sammy V passed peacefully last night around 2 a.m.

He was a smart, funny, kind, compassionate, talented, and beautiful soul.

I know there is another GoFundMe right now, but this would be for costs for his memorial/celebration of life and how the family wants to lay him to rest. We will inform everyone when his celebration of life will be.

Any extra money left over will be split between medical bills and going to his twin daughter and son.
