Convergence: A Visual Art, Jazz Saxophone and Interpretive Dance Collaboration captured through a video documentary

Kat Lakeman, Mark de Jong and Jocelyn Mah collaborate in real time to explore the possibilities of improvisation in 3 media; visual art, jazz and dance. The creation of this documentary is to inform, educate and explore what happens in each media when influenced by the other in the creative act. Videographer Nick Bohle of Hatchaps Productions will document the exploration.

The Convergence of this improvisation is a metaphor for how we transform each other and how being in the moment is being truly alive.
