Cookies for Courage: Honoring Our Veterans

Maggie Aylesworth and Hope Grimes had always been inspired by the stories of bravery and sacrifice shared by their grandparents, who were both veterans. Growing up, they heard countless tales of courage, camaraderie, and the challenges faced by those who served. These stories instilled in them a deep respect and gratitude for veterans. They realized that these heroes deserved more support and recognition for their sacrifices. Determined to make a difference, they decided to organize a fundraiser to help improve the lives of these veterans.

We brainstormed various ideas and finally settled on selling homemade cookies. Both Maggie and Hope loved baking, and they knew that their community would rally behind such a sweet cause
