Cookie needs your help! He is fighting for his life!
Cookie is a 3 year old 8 lb Yorkie that was attacked by his owners pitbull and has bite wounds into his abdomen and needs Emergency Exploratory Surgery to have his abdomen examined and any repairs to intestines, etc repaired. He will have the Surgery tonight. Then he needs to be seen by Orthopedics to have his back left lower leg repaired for a fracture due to a bite.

The downpayment for Emergency Surgery and Hospitalization for puncture wounds in the abdomen and intestines is $7,813.72 and for Orthopedic Surgery for the break in his leg will be between $5,000.00-$7,000.00. With all of our fundraisers being cancelled for this year (with the Coronavirus Pandemic lurking out there) we are unable to fundraise for special cases like Cookie's surgeries. If we did not take him into rescue he would have been euthanized.
