Coomacka Mines School- Project
Donation protected
Hello my name is Nalini Ally and I would also like to introduce Scott Stoneburgh. We have taken on this great venture to help the beautiful children in Guyana attending Coomacka Mines Primary School.
The reason for this drive is to support a village close to my heart. I was in an orphanage for four years prior to being adopted by my parents and later moving to Canada. After twenty one years I returned back to Guyana to find my biological mother. During this time I saw the village I would have grown up in, along with the school I would have attended. Majority of the school is comprised of indigenous children eager to learn. Currently, the school infrastructure has a decaying roof and is in need of a kitchen to provided lunch for the students. Your monetary contributions will go towards repairing the existing roof, building a new kitchen and updating school facilities. The kitchen will be used to prepare at least one meal a day per student. The outcome of this project will allow students to continue their educational growth in a safe and comfortable learning environment.
We are thankful for any donations given towards this project.
Scott and I will be traveling to Guyana in April 2023 to oversee the construction of this project. Pictures and Videos of our journey will be provided to you. Please feel free to send your email information.
On behalf of Scott and myself
Thank you!
