Cooper Christensen & Family

My name is Harrison Christensen and I am fundraising on behalf of my youngest brother Cooper and my Family.

Early on the morning of March 8th, my youngest brother Cooper was taken to the emergency room with severe headaches and lethargy. A CAT scan revealed a spot near his brain and he was taken by ambulance over an hour away to the nearest Pediatric Trauma Center in Fargo, North Dakota. Further testing diagnosed Cooper with a Cerebral Abscess which required immediate brain surgery. Due to brain swelling the surgeon was forced to leave a partial piece of skull out to let inflammation decrease. Cooper has a long road to recovery that will include spending many nights in the hospital. This has caused my mother to take a leave of absence and with the costs of travel, bills will continue to pile up. Any dollar amount helps and will go a long ways.

It is also important you know more about how smart, talented, and amazing my youngest brother is. Cooper is currently a Freshman in high school and is a part of student council, where he serves as the class President. He is also involved orchestra, band, and marching band. Cooper is a talented cello player where he earned spot of first chair. His trumpet playing skills also allowed him to partake in marching band where he performed all over the state of Minnesota. On top of all that he also starred in the one act play, where he played a leading role.

More than all he is my brother and I’s best friend who we love deeply. He is one of the smartest, funniest, and kindest kids I know and he needs all of our love and support
