Cooper Mulholland’s motorcycle accident

On Thursday April 22nd at 11:45am my brother Cooper was involved in a terrible (not at fault) motorcycle accident on his Harley Davidson. His injuries are extensive. An injury to his leg has unfortunately resulted in the amputation of his right leg. After countless opinions and hours of surgery at Los Robles hospital the doctors decided it would be best to transfer him to Cedars Sinai medical center. Cooper has been in a medically induced coma for 4 days and has had 3 surgeries. A team of 11 of the nations best surgical staff did absolutely everything they could, but unfortunately they were unable to reconstruct his leg successfully. If you know Cooper you know he’s an outstanding kid, not your average 18 year old. His drive and dedication to become a fire fighter, his ambition and positive attitude is impeccable. We are unbelievably grateful to still have him after everything he’s been through, and it truly shows his strength. This will be a long road, but we are confident Cooper will be back to doing Cooper things some time from now. But for now we ask for support, Strength, prayers and positivity. There is obviously going to be an extensive amount of medical bills, and other expenses. Cooper will need to attend a lot of rehab and physically therapy. He will be needing a prosthetic , and other life changing things. For this reason we needed to start a gofund me. Any amount helps but if you are not able to we understand.
