Co-op Without Borders 2025: A Marathon Stream to Benefit MSF

Tax deductible

Every year (well, most years), I’ve used Facebook’s birthday fundraising feature to raise money for Doctors Without Borders. It started as a bit of an afterthought, but it’s consistently brought in more donations than I ever expected. This year, I want to take it a step further and start a new tradition.

By harnessing the power of social media, indirect peer pressure, and my passion for video games, I’m hoping to launch a real, intentional fundraising event for this incredible organization.

Join me and one of my best friends from pharmacy school, Alex, as we tolerate each other for 24 hours of co-op gaming, live on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook. Every donation goes directly to Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), and it goes without saying that I won’t see a single penny.

We’ll go live at 9 AM Central Time on March 8 (my birthday!) and keep going until the following morning. Expect possible special appearances from our spouses and my gaming crew from back home, JMH!

About Me
I’m an inpatient ICU pharmacist with 8 years of clinical experience and a piano musician (currently on a bit of a hiatus). I’ve been passionate about music and video games since I was 3, and I’ve spent my whole life playing both. I hope this fundraiser becomes an annual tradition—a way to tie together my favorite hobbies, raise money for a great cause, and spend time with friends I don’t get to game with as often anymore.
