Corby Kingswood Vikings Spain Tour 2025

Hi everyone!

First of all, a big thank you for taking the time to read our post! We coach the Corby Kingswood Vikings U11 football team here in Corby. Our focus is on growth and creating lasting memories for our amazing boys.

We have some exciting news: next year, we have an incredible opportunity to take the boys on a 3 day football tour in Los Alcázares, Murcia, Spain where they’ll play against local teams, experience different cultures, and build unforgettable memories.

Why is this important for the team?

This tour will offer much more than just football matches. It will help the boys grow both on and off the pitch by:

• Building confidence through new experiences and challenges.

• Encouraging teamwork and deepening friendships.

• Providing exposure to different football styles, which will be a valuable learning experience.

• Fostering a sense of independence and responsibility as they travel away from home.

The benefits of this trip will stay with them for years to come. It’s an amazing opportunity for these young players to strengthen their skills, develop as individuals, and share a unique adventure with their teammates.

Our Target

We would love your support in making this trip unforgettable for our young athletes! Any donations, no matter how small, will be immensely appreciated. We have set a target of £3,000 and aim to raise this over the next 6+ months whilst taking part in multiple organised fundraisers.

We want this trip to be inclusive for all the boys on the team, in these challenging times, we understand that many households are facing financial difficulties, and we don’t want any player to miss out on this incredible experience due to costs. That’s why we are turning to the generosity of our community to help make this tour possible for every single boy on the team.
