Corey Detreville's Memorial Fund

On Tuesday, August 1, 2017, Corey Detreville was tragically killed and taken away far too soon from family and friends and her 8 year old son, Raymond.
Corey was the kind of person that left a good impression on everyone she met and was immediately likable. Corey loved to laugh and, with her friendly sense-of humor, loved to make other people laugh. More than anything else though, Corey was always a very caring, "Big-Hearted" person, that would think of others before herself.
She was a wonderful Mother, daughter, sister and friend and words cannot begin to describe how much she will be missed!
My name is Darryl and I started this fund with Corey's mother, Allison Detreville, to hopefully help with the funeral expenses of this unexpected tragedy. We are trying to make arrangements for a small funeral and memorial but Corey was in Virginia when she died and we are in Florida. We were told originally that the hospital was going to hold Corey's body for further examinations, possibly three months. The hospital has now called and said they are through and that we need to make arrangements to have her moved.
