Corey Urbanek Memorial Fund

Hello my name is Brittany Lake and I’m setting up this fundraiser in honor of my Uncle Corey who unexpectedly passed away on May 7th 2022. His daughter Amanda Meadows is now trying to make all the arrangements for his ashes to be brought home so family and friends can gather around her for a celebration of life in his memory. This fundraiser is meant to help with the unexpected costs of making those arrangements and anything left over will help support his two grandchildren that he adored. My Uncle Corey was an amazing person that always left an impression on people. He was such a fun, loving, down to earth guy that would always be there for you if he could. He was the most wonderful and supportive father, a best friend to his siblings, a grandfather whose  face would light up when he talked about his grandchildren, and a favorite uncle of mine.  He will be greatly missed by many.
