Corie McCarthy Funeral Fundraiser

Corie (Grenier) McCarthy passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2021. Corie’s sudden passing has left our family devasted by palpable grief. Corie leaves behind two teenage sons, Danny and Cameron, who mourn from the shocking loss of their dear mother.

Corie loved her family and friends deeply and her presence left marks on all who knew her. She was kind, caring, loved hugs, to make people smile, and large family gatherings. Corie’s boys were her world and she found happiness when she reunited with her long-lost teenage sweetheart.

Corie marched in drum and bugle corps and winter color guard with the Spartans of NH (for which she served as the color guard captain in the late 1980s and early 1990s), The Suburbanettes of NH, and St. Catherine’s of Sommerville, MA. She enjoyed a twenty-five-year career in administrative assistant and sales work, was an avid reader, and was a member of many niche online communities.

While we mourn, we need to prepare for and fund a proper service and memorial for our beloved Corie. We are asking for donations to help cover the cost of the funeral.

This memorial fundraiser is in lieu of flowers. Any additional funds will be left to her two children.
