Cork Simon Community and Rapunzel Foundation

I am cutting off 14 inches of my hair to raise money for the Cork Simon Community and the hair itself will be donated to the Rapunzel Foundation. In 2016 I donated 16 inches of my hair to the Rapunzel foundation - 5 years on, it is now almost long enough to donate again. At the time lots of people asked if I was taking sponsorship/donations, I hadn't thought to do so, but have decided that this time I will fundraise for Cork Simon Community alongside donating the hair.

Cork Simon Community do great work in the South West of Ireland, housing people, supporting the homeless, supplying emergency accommodation and getting people back into homes. More information here: https://www.corksimon.ie/

The Rapunzel Foundation is a charity organization that works to improve the lives of children, teens and adults living with hair loss (alopecia). The Rapunzel Foundation collect hair to make wigs to improve the lives of those living with hair loss. More information here: http://rapunzelfoundation.com/
