Cornell Club Basketball

Hi alumni and friends! The Cornell Club Basketball team is currently entering the 2022-2023 season! In recent years the club has operated on limited resources due to our organization receiving very little funding from Cornell in addition to the club having a two year hiatus as a result of the pandemic. Even with limited funds, last year, the club grew from a mere 10 existing members to a total of 40 members. Even as our club has grown in size over the last year Cornell has decided to cut our allocation of money in half. In the past our club has been restricted to being just a group of guys who play pickup together on Monday and Wednesday nights but with the help of further funding our club could be allowed to do events together and have more accessibility to travel for tournaments. In addition, Club Basketball is looking to extend its connection with the alumni of the club and possibly have multiple games where the current club members get the opportunity to compete with alumni. In the last few years COVID has restricted our growing connections with our alumni but this year we look to restore those connections. Thank you so much for any donations you may be willing to make!
