Elmhurst Hospital Coronavirus Assistance

As the coronavirus pandemic escalates within NYC, hospitals such as the Elmhurst Hospital are operating beyond capacity and are running out of supplies. Over 24 hours 13 people have died due to COVID-19 within the hospital making Elmhurst one of the epicenters of the virus in NY. Being a 16-year-old Queens native, it's hard knowing that my community is suffering. I understand that I have priveledge being able to self-quarantine, which is why I started this fundraiser as soon as I heard the news. This is the time to give back and to help those operating on the front-lines. This is the way that we thank all of the people who are allowing our city to operate during these trying times. We are stronger together, and through your donations we can form a united front to turnaround the situation within this one hospital, the city, and even the world.
