Coronavirus Relief Fund - St Vincent De Paul
Donation protected
The spread of the Coronavirus disease has caused a crisis not just of public health, but also of the economic well-being of our community. Many have already been laid off or have lost hours as a result of the crisis. Unemployment claims are at an all-time high. Those who are forced to self-quarantine, either because they cannot risk contracting the disease or because they already have it, are not able to work. Many are struggling to make ends meet.
To respond to this crisis, the Society of St. Vincent De Paul is launching a new effort to offer relief to those living in Etowah County who are affected by the Coronavirus pandemic. We will be providing many forms of support, including groceries and other essentials, to those who should not leave their homes.
It has never been more important to come together to take care of the most vulnerable members of our community. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a world-wide organization dedicated to serving Christ by serving the poor and most vulnerable among us. Please consider supporting our work—every penny will go toward helping our community stay afloat in this difficult time.
