5-Year-old Cosplay Michael has begun a great creative journey!
Michael is just 5-years-old and he began cosplaying like every child as soon as he could dress himself. He went to his first convention at 4-years-old, where he dressed as "Thor."
In 2016, Michael was invited to participate in a panel at the World-Famous San Diego Comic Con event. The panel, "Cosplaying With Kids," is slated to discuss encouraging kids to express themselves creatively using cosplay as an example. The panel was on Friday, July 22, 2016, and Michael and his fellow cosplayers were amazing!
He is hooked on playing with other kids and adults in costume at these kinds of events.
Because his mom and dad work as web-journalists, Michael has been able to attend many state events. He has his own Facebook page at @cosplaymichael and is on Instagram @cosplaymichael, and he really loves dressing and playing as his favorite characters. We look forward to taking him to many more conventions throughout the country.
When he is in costume, Michael feels like a rockstar!
Your contribution is a step toward helping this child make his dreams come true.
All contributions will help to offset travel expenses to get Michael to and from conventions, as well as help him improve his costumes as he grows and eventually outgrows those he has.
Thank You for your time and contributions! Michael will be sitting with mom and dad to thank each contributor personally, and we intend to teach him the value of generosity and sincere gratitude. We all thank you and are grateful to supporters for helping us keep this creative young man on the path to his dreams!
