cost of veterinary care after being shot

Hi, I am trying to raise funds to help pay for Jake's veterinary care after he was shot on the 4th of July. He was running behind me while I was driving my ATV but disappeared, he didn't show up when I stopped and I found him on the return trip shot laying on the side of the road. He was in surgery for 2.5 hours to repair 9 holes in his intestines. He is currently taking 2 different painkillers and 2 different antibiotics, as well as anti-nausea and now medication for seizures, as he had one just before going into surgery. He had a drain tube in his side for a week and has now had it removed. He is still healing but should make a full recovery. Any help would be appreciated.
