Counsel for Ivey Gardner

In May of this year I was sexually harassed in a Planet Fitness bathroom. After calling the police on the lady responsible, her membership was cancelled by Planet Fitness. Here we are months later and she is bringing a case against Planet Fitness. In doing so, her and her attorney have spread my “name” around prime time television and news. The story has been on the national Fox News with my full name in it. Not one news organization has reached out to me for my side. This campaign is to raise money for legal counsel to assist me in this awful time of need. I was sexually harassed in a gym locker room and now this lady and her counsel and the media outlets they're putting it out to are trying to spin me as some sexual deviant demon. Anyone that knows me can tell you I’m anything but. I AM HERE TO SAY THE #TIMEISUP ON HARASSING TRANS PEOPLE. And yes, that sexual harassment on a trans woman is still sexual harassment. I ask my fellow trans sisters and brothers as well as the general public to stand with me and stand against this injustice and help bring attention to the plight that trans people endure every day.
