Help Count Binface run for Mayor of London 2024!

Hello! My name is Count Binface, intergalactic space warrior, democracy-lover, and croissant-price-cap crusader.

In the 2021 London Mayor election, I came 9th out of 20 candidates, beating Piers Corbyn and UKIP, and making a mockery of Laurence 'Lozza' Fox. In the process I won 24,775 first choice votes. But that's just the start. Now it's time to really take out the trash, and make 2024 Bindependence Day! Would you like to help?

To stand in the election a candidate needs to raise a deposit, and if you would be kind enough to donate to my campaign I would be galactically grateful.

If I raise £1000 I will stand as a constituency member in the Greater London Authority (GLA).

If I raise £5000 I will stand as a London-wide candidate in the GLA.

If I raise £10,000 I will stand to be Mayor of London.

If the £1k or £5k target is reached, any excess money raised beyond that will be withdrawn by me and donated to Shelter, as my campaign is non-profit and aims to raise awareness of homelessness.

If no target is reached before the cut-off date (which is 27th March 2024), all money raised will be donated to Shelter.

The UK government have been very quiet about this but they've sneakily changed the voting system for London in 2024. Whereas before voters were given two choices, the next election will be 'first past the post', which I assume they've done to help the so-called 'mainstream' candidates. Help me beat them at their own game, and put dirty politics in the bin!

Donations are regulated by the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA).
