County Residents Fighting Involunatary Annexation!

We are a large group of residents concerned about our community's future. In fact, we have gathered signatures from a super-majority of property owners throughout all seven annexation areas stating they did not want to be annexed by the City of Bloomington.

Although residents in five out of seven potential annexation areas gathered enough signatures to void their annexations, city officials responded with lawsuits using taxpayer money. That means we need to pay our own attorneys to represent the will of the people on this important community issue.

This will be a long, costly legal fight. We are a non-political and non-partisan grassroots community organization relying on tax-deductible donations to help secure our monumental remonstration victory. Please give what you can; every donation counts!
