Courage to Conquer~Help Mandy Fight Breast Cancer

Mandy Pittman. A faithful wife of 20 years to Mark. A fantastic mother to 6 beautiful children on earth and another precious one in heaven. Lover of her faith, creativity, gardening, watercolor painting, and homemade anything.

After a sequence of events following her first-ever mammogram mid-June, Mandy was diagnosed with breast cancer (ductal carcinoma in situ) in early July at the young age of 43. On August 10th, she will undergo a left lumpectomy. This surgery will be followed by physical therapy expenses as well as 4 weeks of radiation, 5 days per week. Each trip to appointments in preparation for surgery, post-surgery, and for radiation is a lengthy 6-hour drive round trip.

As Mandy's sister-in-law, I am asking that you please consider blessing Mandy and her family during this challenging and uncertain time. Mandy and Mark are the type of people who would give you the shirt off their back and then ask if they could give you their shoes, too. It would be a beautiful gift to be the blessing to them that they have been to so many friends, family, and others in their community. Every donation will help cover the bills associated with conquering this cancer, whether it be toward medical bills, travel expenses, or lodging & food costs while out-of-town.
