Courageous Kayla Takes NYC

I am setting up this page in hopes of helping with travel expenses for my niece, Kayla and her trip to New York City. Kayla was born with a Lymphatic Malformation on her forehead. At only 10 months old, she is already one of the strongest little girls I have ever met. She has been through two surgeries (sclerotherapy), both with very poor results and through it all she has never stopped smiling. There is a well-known doctor in New York, Dr. Waner, who specializes in malformations and has taken on Kayla's case and (the most exciting part) he thinks they can remove the entire LM! The timing is not ideal with Christmas right around the corner and Kayla's parents have two other children to care for, but overall they are grateful, nervous, relieved, and terrified for the unknown.  If you can make a donation, thank you! All of the proceeds will go to the weeklong trip to NYC, Kayla is lucky to have full time working parents with good health benefits so most medical expenses should be covered.  If you cannot make a donation thank you for reading Kayla's story and please say a little prayer for this sweet girl!
