Hi, my name is Debbie and I am hosting a Go Fund Me for my daughter Courtney. After covid , Courtney took a class to be a 911 Dispatcher. She passed and was certified to be a Dispatcher. During the applicant process, she began having severe abdominal pain. She sought out medical attention and was diagnosed with gall stones. The doctors told her one of the gallstones had lodged in the common bile duct. The doctors proceeded to attempt to remove the stone and during that process, she soon developed pancreatitis. She was unable to get relief from pain and once again found herself in the ER. This time however, Courtney developed a 17 centimeter cyst on her pancreas which had become necrotic. She was finally referred to Robert Wood Johnson, where she has had 2 procedures to drain the cyst and place stints to drain the residual necrotic tissue from her pancreas. She is currently at RWJ awaiting the third and hopefully final procedure. We are hoping for her to be discharged from the hospital to heal at home. Once the pancreas is healed enough, Courtney will still need to have her gallbladder removed and then heal from that surgery as well. She has not worked since May 4th and is unable to work for the next few months as the recovery for pancreatitis with complications takes a long time to heal.

I started this go fund to help with her living expenses, rent and utilities and any medical bills that are not covered.
