October 5, 2017 my beautiful friend Courtney was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer with metastasis to her retina. The cancer has now spread throughout her body. It’s in her liver, spine, femur and peritonium.
Since Courtney’s home is Louisiana, she has had to rent an apartment near MD Anderson because of daily radiation treatments and and weekly doctor appointments. She has been in and out of the ER and is currently in the hospital. Her medical bills have become astronomical.

Courtney is a single mom of two beautiful 5 year old twins and has lived a very healthy lifestyle. She is a 33 year old non smoker but her immmeasurable faith in God has not been shaken. In her own words, "God is in the business of miracles. HE is my healer.”
