Coven66 Inc Cat Sanctuary & Rescue

Coven66 Inc is a registered non-profit dedicated to providing a permanent home to cats at risk for euthanasia due to medical or behavioral challenges which prevent adoption or make adoption unlikely. We are home to cats with a variety of challenges such as visual impairment, cerebral hypoplasia, paraplegia, dwarfism, FIP, Feline Leukemia, FIV, amputation due to injury, and congenital defects which hinder mobility. We also accept cats who've experienced trauma and abuse as well as cats with a history of aggressive behavior or lack of socialization. Unlike larger non-profit organizations, we have NO paid employees. 100% of donations go directly to the cats care. Over the past two years donations have decreased for rescues and sanctuaries across the country, while the number of animals needing help continues to climb. Our ability to commit to take on a case stops a cat from being euthanized, and gives them a new life. Currently we are at max capacity with yet more cats needing help than ever before. In order to say yes to new cases, we need to add another building. We have the land, but not the funds to build. We need a 25x25 insulated building with heat and air-conditioning on a concrete foundation and an attached outdoor cattery enclosure. $20,000 will cover the building and allow us to take on new cases through winter while we work on raising the $5,000 needed for the outdoor enclosure by spring. If we have to say No, these cats may die. No animal should be killed because there just isn't space or funding. They deserve a life full of love. We have the love for them. We just need more shelter.
