Covering expenses surrounding the loss of Kinley

This GoFund me has been created by neighbors of the Edwards family to assist the family during their time of grieving. The funds will go towards funeral expenses, lost wages due to injuries and Jonathan needing to care for his family, as well as medical bills for the Edwards ladies.

On December 29th, 2022, the lives of the Edwards family were changed forever. A reckless driver, not paying attention to traffic around him, did not notice the cars ahead were stopped at a red light. The box truck swerved to the right to avoid hitting the Jetta, but the evasive maneuver didn't work. The box truck hit the back of the Edwards Jetta, pushing the car forward while it was being turned into another vehicle. Johanna, Kinley and Kaydence were all seriously injured, with Kinley needing to be flown by helicopter from the scene. While doctors were able to stabilize Johanna and Kaydence once at the hospital, Kinley’s injuries were just too severe. Kinley Edwards went to meet God on 1/1/2023, surrounded by her family.

Kinley, in her 7 short years on this Earth, made an impact in everyone’s life who she met. She was a great big sister, loving daughter and had a smile that could light up a room.
