Cover living expenses during surgical recovery.

UPDATE: My physical restrictions have been extended until 09/07, doubling the amount of time I am unable to Pop-In and create art with my students and generate income. Thank you for your continued support!
Hi! I’m Ferril and I am fundraising to help cover my living expenses while I recover from surgery.
Two months ago I noticed a sharp yet bearable pain in on the lower left side of my abdomen. As time went on the pain became less and less bearable. Some days I would be monstrously bloated for seemingly no reason. Then some days it wouldn’t hurt at all, then the cycle would start all over again.
One month ago I went to see my doctor about it. He gave me a brief physical exam, and his conclusion was to eat more fiber and lose weight.
The following month was more of the same with increased severity of the pain until it got to the point that I couldn’t eat or sleep. So, to the ER I went, and that’s where they found the culprit. I had a 7cm calcified cyst growing on my left ovary and a healthy dose of endometriosis. I was admitted to Sharp Mary Birch the night of July 12th and there I stayed until my surgery on July 18th. The surgeon had to remove my left ovary and fallopian tube and a second cyst hiding from the scans on my right ovary. I stayed for two nights more and was discharged on Wednesday the 20th.
As well as my business, Ferril’s Pop-Ins is going, I have unfortunately not yet reached the point of being able to provide sick pay for myself. I’ve already been out of commission for a week and a half, and the recovery time that will keep me from Popping-In to create art with my Pop-In Pals will bench me for at least another 4 weeks. Which brings me here to you.
I am fundraising for basic living expenses-groceries, utilities, bills, and rent. I know we are all struggling these days. Any donation of any size will be deeply appreciated and will not only help me keep a roof over my head as I recover but will aid in keeping me in a calm mental state free of panic over how I will stay afloat.
Thank you for taking the time to read and maybe even share my story. It takes a village at all stages of life. Thank you for being a part of mine.
Love,
Ferril
