Cover medical bills as Mom fights cancer

On December 19th Mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer which has spread to her lymphatic system and to her brain. She has a long road of treatment ahead of her. This diagnosis brought her and her husband’s incomes to a halt as she is too sick to work and Al has to take her to her various appointments and treatments. On top of this, her insurance doesn’t cover 100% of her care. If anyone has been close to someone with cancer, you know the overwhelming financial burden brought on on top of the physical and emotional difficulty of the diagnosis and treatment.
