Help Kat Randel battle Stage 3 Breast Cancer
Donation protected
In January 2023 my friend, Kat was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. At the end of December, she knew there was something wrong when she discovered her left nipple had suddenly inverted and she found a large hard mass in her left breast. There were no prior indications of issues in her breast before this discovery. Not having insurance and not having been to the doctor in many years due to her medical trauma, it has taken some time and patience to get to the point where she was finally able to get a diagnosis. She received confirmation at the end of January that her biopsy was positive for stage 3 breast cancer. She is dealing with a lot of pain and extreme numbness along with a huge level of exhaustion. Due to her medical trauma it is very exhausting for her to receive chemo treatments. She has to take a week off of work every month which has been a huge financial struggle.
Paying for the bare necessities like food and gas as well rent, utilities, and medical bills are providing a great amount of stress for her right now.
Unfortunately, there aren’t many resources for single women who have been diagnosed with cancer. Most resources are for children and the elderly.
While she shows a big smile when she can, deep down she feels alone, broken and beaten down.
Kat is a phenomenal child caregiver as well as a certified yoga teacher and healer. After going through some difficult challenges with family and marriage, she immersed herself in healing through yoga and coaching and other modalities. She is a thoughtful and kind human who needs help at this time.
In her words…”I’m exhausted. I’m in pain. I’m scared and I don’t know how I’m going to manage to get through this without family support. I could use some words of love, advice, support, prayers for ease, or anything you can spare right now. Thank you ”
Funds for this account will be used to pay rent, bills, gas and groceries.
Any additional funds will go toward her medical bills.
Any amount is helpful!
Gratitude and Thanks.
