Help Cover the Cost of Repair of the Circus Truck.
Tax deductible
We're raising money to help with the cost of replacing the catalytic converter on Fern Street Circus' truck! The catalytic converter was stolen between 6 pm Friday night, April 28, and 10 am Saturday morning, just before our show at OFficer Jeremy Henwood Memorial Park on Fairmount Avenue in City Heights. Whoever did this knew what they were doing - the pipes are cut clean! The truck sounds awful and sick; we only drive it slowly.
Fern Street's truck & trailer are super important to us - they form our set for shows we are currently doing in underserved neighborhoods. These shows are free to public and feature our international cast of artists - all paid - and skilled youth performers from our City Heights after-school programs. The Circus needs its truck to be reliable and healthy so we can finish our Neighborhood Tour the next two weekends.
Any donations to the Circus and our nonprofit, Fern Street Community Arts, Inc.,help us bring great entertainment to San Diego neighborhoods that's all ages, the whole family.
Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to families in City Heights.
