Covered Pedestrian Bridge @ Jerusalem Mill
Tax deductible
Hello, my name is Nate. I am 15 years old, I play trumpet, and I play club soccer. I'm also part of Boy Scout Troop 265 in Jarrettsville, MD. For my Eagle Scout Project, I am building a 22-foot covered pedestrian bridge at Jerusalem Mill in Kingsville, MD. Jerusalem Mill is a historic village that began in the 1770s and is a great place for pictures or a relaxing walk. They also have interpretive programs, concerts, and other events. This pedestrian bridge takes design cues from the nearby Jericho Covered Bridge and will allow for easier passage within the village. I’ve estimated the cost of the lumber, fasteners, roofing, and other materials at $7,000. Please consider donating what you can to this project.
