Covering issues after loss of job

Donation protected
Due to unforeseen situation in regards to the recent pandemic I have been made redundant.

Alas, in doing so I ended up not getting much of a pay out due to my short employment time, and now right as I need support from the Government I'm getting non.

The amount asked is enough to at least be able to afford a renewal for my SIA Door Supervisor Licence (read: guard card for non-UK nationals) and also be able to cover a couple of bills until I'm able to get a new job.

I'm trying to get government support but as with all things related to Government they're being slow and expecting me to tick a box I'm unable to as I don't have the right information from my previous employer.

Out of the years I've helped while unemployed and even more so when I was employed, I'm asking for help and hopefully will be able to pay it forwards again once I'm working.

An edit: It apparently seems that with another chance to British welfare, I'm liable for my full council tax.

While 500 is enough to cover bill and renewal of SIA, I have added the council tax on as an extra level of help if this takes any longer.
