"Cover-Up" Student Short Film
Donation protected
Following an argument about the custody of his daughter, distracted Steven hits something with his car. What unfolds is a living nightmare as Steven attempts to hide the grisly reality from his daughter in the backseat.
The film will be shot over three days in the Scottish borders in December. Deserted roads, eerie moors and dead forests combined with the ghostly pallor of December light will contribute to the unsettling script.
'Cover-Up' is in its final stages of pre-production but requires a small financial boost to push the film past its finish line. We are asking for any help in contributions to help us achieve our goal in making this extraordinary tale come to life.
Our fundraising goal will help pay for transport, food and hot drinks, crew accommodation, fuel, equipment hire for the three days of shooting.
'Cover-Up' is a short film written and directed by Scottish filmmaker, Jake Ballantyne.
